At TBF, we believe that every woman is inspiring and her story is worth telling. In January 2025, we launched Beyond the Nudge, a vodcast dedicated to empowering women over 50 to embrace and embody their potential to bring their dreams to life. In each episode, we will share powerful and insightful tools, strategies and techniques to create meaningful shifts for the mind, body and soul as well as inspiring, soul-stirring stories from women around the world who have transformed ideas into impactful legacies. These are coaches, healers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders who, through courage and resilience, have crafted lives of purpose and impact.
